1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ubett ("ubett," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ubett website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager on ubett, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ubett Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use ubett. This requirement is set in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. ubett strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.3 Registration Requirements. To open a ubett account, you must:

2.4 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) ubett account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

2.5 Verification. ubett reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to ubett is accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify ubett of any changes to your personal information by updating your account settings or contacting support.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ubett login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ubett will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

3.3 Notification of Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your ubett account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ubett support immediately. ubett will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account for security purposes.

3.4 Account Currency. All ubett accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Transactions are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ubett accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay, subject to availability and applicable limits.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. ubett aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval, though processing times may vary due to payment provider delays or verification requirements.

4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal. ubett reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.

4.5 No Fees. ubett does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which ubett bears no responsibility.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ubett reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ubett are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. ubett reserves the right to limit or withdraw bonus eligibility at its discretion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. ubett actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to exploit promotions, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

5.5 Modification of Promotions. ubett reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the Platform.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on ubett is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

6.2 Random Number Generators. All virtual games on ubett use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted with physical equipment under controlled conditions.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, ubett reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. ubett's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, player tier, and promotional period. ubett reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ubett Platform:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Creating or operating more than one ubett account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ubett staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. ubett is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

9.2 Limited License. ubett grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform without ubett's prior written consent.

9.3 Trademarks. The ubett name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ubett. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of ubett.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. ubett strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ubett's control.

10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties. The ubett Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.3 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ubett's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ubett account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Exclusions. ubett shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ubett has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.5 Force Majeure. ubett shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

11. Suspension and Termination

11.1 By ubett. ubett reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ubett reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account:

• Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked;
• Any pending bets that were placed in good faith prior to termination will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules;
• Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements and any outstanding investigations;
• Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited if the account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

11.3 By You. You may close your ubett account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after all pending transactions have been settled.

12. Governing Law

12.1 Applicable Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

12.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

13. Changes to These Terms

ubett reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ubett Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.3.
